In order to act as a sustainable recruitment agency for international specialists, it is particularly important to us to communicate and work fairly and transparently with applicants, clients and partners at all times. We expect the same from business partners, contractors and their subcontractors/service providers.

In order to guarantee a high quality of work, we are committed to the following quality standards in addition to the points mentioned above:

For applicants, recruitment, placement, entry and language training are free of charge.

GP Care Solutions is verifiably accredited with the POEA in the Philippines and acts in accordance with its guidelines.

In both India and the Philippines, we only work with carefully selected partner agencies that also demonstrably do not charge applicants a fee.

We ensure a high quality of German training by monitoring the quality of our language schools through regular interviews and on-site visits in Subic Bay, Philippines and Kochi, India. The German training takes place on our own campus in the applicants’ home country. In order to guarantee high quality, we always aim for classroom teaching; in exceptional cases, part of the lessons may take place online. In any case, qualified specialists will conduct these lessons under the guidance of native German speakers. The lessons are taught in accordance with the standards of the European Union (CEFR) and are concluded with a TELC exam (or equivalent). With boarding facilities attached to the schools, we ensure that applicants can concentrate fully on their lessons and are not distracted by work or family commitments. Regular extra-curricular activities and joint celebrations ensure a relaxed learning atmosphere.

To ensure that applicants and contractors (employers) are culturally prepared and to strengthen employee loyalty from the outset, language training includes a comprehensive integration concept implemented by GP Care Solutions. Exchange meetings, Q&A sessions and presentations on various cultural and organizational topics are held at regular intervals. These meetings are moderated by the integration managers at GP Care Solutions GmbH. The aim of the integration meetings is to enable employees and employers to get to know each other and thus strengthen employee loyalty. Furthermore, we want to address any concerns and problems at an early stage through a regular exchange, avoid raising false expectations, allay any fears and ensure smooth entry.

Depending on requirements, we offer our clients the creation of an integration concept.

We translate and are always available to answer questions about (official) documents, forms or the placement process for our applicants, clients and partners. We coordinate applications for the recognition of foreign qualifications in Germany as well as visa applications and all other services. Thanks to our experience, we are familiar with the required documents, deadlines and authorities and are happy to pass on our knowledge.

We work exclusively with sworn translators.

Our clients and partners are informed comprehensively and transparently about the costs incurred, processes and relevant information in the context of recruitment, placement, language training and entry organization. Furthermore, our clients and partners undertake not to charge foreign skilled workers for costs incurred in connection with recruitment, placement, language training and entry.

GP Care Solutions GmbH accompanies applicants throughout the entire recruitment and placement process. We are a permanent point of contact and are also available to assist our skilled workers and clients with questions and/or problems after their arrival in Germany.

Transparent and fair contractual conditions are drawn up and jointly agreed for our clients. We are prepared to have this transparency checked in audits at any time during the collaboration.
